In October, Academician LI Qihu was invited as the featured speaker to attend the Pacific Rim Underwater Acoustics Conference 2007 and delivered a speech titled "A new type of vector sensor and its application in ambient noise measurement". Academician LI wanted to share the new ideology and excellent papers obtained from the conference with the whole institute. He will give a related report at 9:00 on Nov.16 in the Multifunctional Hall of DSP building. All interested are welcome.
