A new kind of movie player made by Beijing IntelliX Technologies Co Ltd was exhibited in the BIRTV2007 and this new player device can be put in two baskets and easily taken to the remote areas. It is said the new device has already been used in the rural areas, armies, communities and schools of many provinces, such as Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Shanxi, Henan, Yunnan, Fujiang, Liaoning Province and so on.

In order to support the "2131 movie project in rural areas" (that means to project one film one month in one village) of the State Administration of Radio Film and Television. In partnership with the Institute of Acoustics under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing IntelliX Technologies Co Ltd developed the new digital movie player device, which has passed the official examination. The whole set of device includes a digital movie player, a projector, a screen and an audio device. Compared to the traditional film player, it is conveniently portable and is able to withstand dust, unstable voltages which are common in rural areas, and shaking.　

Not only in the rural areas, it is said the new player system is also used in Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University, Beijing Railway Station, Beijing Western Railway Station, the Forbidden City and some other famous places.
