Microcomputer Application  sponsored by Institute of Acoustics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was firstly published in 1980 by Ocean Press. This bimonthly journal is to increase and diffuse new discovery and knowledge in microcomputer science and technology, and especially to promote the latest microcomputer technology in applications with its paper publications.

Our potential readers are the researchers on computer research, applied engineering technology, the teachers and students in colleges and universities and the computer users. 

Our guiding policy is to develop information technology and promote the application and progress of computer in daily life and to make great contribution to the modernization of our country.
