The attendees shared their research experiences, latest achievements and new technologies on acoustic Wave devices, which includes new designs, optimization ,new processing and material characteristics of SAW and BAW devices. The workshop was especially focused on Wireless Passive Surface Acoustic Wave Sensor, RFID, gas sensors and biological sensors. Attendees have fruitful discussion.
LI Honglang hosted the closing ceremony. HE Shitang, D.C.Malocha and M.Yamaguchi gave address on the closing ceremony. They congratulated the success of the joint workshop, malocha said that the acoustic wave device has been developed rapidly, the processing technique is quite mature and it has been used widely. The acoustic wave devices will of course have a bright future. The successful held of the joint workshop push forward the long-term friendship and cooperation between China and Japan. Both of attendees expect the workshop will become bilateral meeting and be held regularly. The joint China Japan workshop was a great success.
