On Aug.23, the members of CPPCC investigation group visited our institute and discussed the status quo of "Talent's Team Construction" of our institute.

The report meeting was held in the multi-functional hall of DSP building. Represented the meeting were some members of the investigation group, Director Tian Jing, Deputy Secretary Wang Xiaomin, Director Assistant Huang Zheng, Yan Yonghong, Yi Hong and the chief directors from administration departments and labs.

Director Tian Jing made a report on our talent's team construction situation. The report was titled "Attracts talents by culture environment, detains talents by innovative enterprises", including 6 parts: introduction to our institute, talent's team construction, organizational culture and management system construction, scientific achievement and its influence, development tendency and existent problems. Director Tian summed up the achievements gained in talent's team building since the practice of the invocative program.

Xu Shanyan and others political advisors highly praised and firmly confirmed Director Tian's report and the achievements in talent's team construction. They said the experience and methods in organization and management were worth learning and popularizing. At last, the members of the investigation group had a warm discussion with the attendants on strengthening the talent's team construction.
