Transducers'07

The 14th International Conference on Solid-State Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems (Transducers'07) was held in Lyon, France during Jun.10 to 14, 2007. Dr. Liu Mengwei of our institute flied to France and participated into the conference. This was the first time our institute joined into the conference. Transducer International Conference is the largest multidisciplinary conference on Microsensors, Microactuators and Microsystems, with typically 900 attendees from government and industry who gather every two years to exchange the latest advances in the field. There were 20 deputies were from the mainland China, such as from IACAS, SIMIT, IECAS, Peiking University, Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Southeast University and so on.   

After Boston, Delft, Philadelphia, Tokyo, Montreux, San Francisco, Yokohama, Stockholm, Chicago, Sendai, Munich, Boston and Seoul, this time the 14th edition of the conference moved to Lyon. During the whole conference, there were 48 key topics, 10 oral presentations, 421 posters on MEMS and 631 research papers were published in the conference proceeding. The 15thTransducers would be held in Denver, USA in 2009 and the 16th Transducers in Beijing, China in 2011.
